Mushroom soup

Ingredients:

250 grams oyster mushrooms

45ml butter/magarine

45ml flour

500ml milk

salt

pepper

Two tablespoon of cream



Method:

1. Braise mushrooms in butter/magarine

2. Add milk, flour, salt, pepper, cream

3. Allow to boil and allow to thicken

4. Can be served with rice, ugali or as a side dish
